This page explains what personal information the Lahore Marathon website handles and why.

What we collect When you send the contact, volunteer or ambassador form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and to organise the event. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell or share them.

Registration, donations and payments Entries, donations and card payments are taken by our ticketing partner, bookme.pk, on their own pages. The registration form collects what we need to run a safe, timed race: your name, email and phone number, nationality, CNIC / passport / B-form number, postal address (for race-pack delivery), shirt size, club, and any medical conditions you tell us about. bookme.pk passes these details to us and handles your payment information under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. We use your details only to run the event; medical information is used only for your safety on race day.

What is published Race results (name, bib number, time and category) are published on this website so that runners can find and share them. The charity leaderboard shows the names of fundraising runners and the amounts raised for them.

Cookies and analytics This website does not set advertising cookies. If we switch on Google Analytics, it sets analytics cookies to count visits in aggregate, and we will update this page when we do.
